As you have probably guessed my name is Joel!

I'm here to share the hard-earned lessons and insights I've gathered over years of building and balancing business (or in my case, businesses), family and life overall.

I’ve been fortunate enough to not only build a business, but also to build a beautiful life with my wife, our four children, and now, many wonderful grandchildren. The journey of raising my own kids and now watching my grandkids grow has been one of the greatest rewards I could have asked for. 

Running a business, specifically in the construction sector, isn’t just about managing projects, contracts, or deadlines. It is about managing relationships, expectations, and finding creative solutions to both the expected and the unexpected.
